The Coalition is a statewide non-profit with one mission: to eradicate homelessness in New Jersey. Toward that end, the Coalition will advocate, educate, organize and, if necessary, litigate for emergency and permanent solutions to homelessness. We believe in a New Jersey where no one is forced to sleep outside and where every man, woman and child lives in safe, affordable housing. The Coalition will work with its partners throughout the State until that vision becomes a reality.

Since 1986, The Interreligious Fellowship for the Homeless of Bergen County, now Family Promise of Bergen County, has played a pivotal role in serving thousands of Bergen County's most vulnerable citizens - homeless, hungry, and needy families and individuals.  Our mission is to provide hospitality to the homeless keep families together in times of crisis, shepherding them through temporary periods of homelessness by helping them create an achievable vision and develop a strong foundation for self-sufficiency.

Paterson Habitat for Humanity is an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a non-profit, ecumenical housing ministry based in Americus, Georgia. The purpose of Habitat for Humanity is to remove poverty housing and homelessness from the face of the earth by building basic but decent housing.

Jewish Helping Hands reaches out to needy and vulnerable populations, initiating projects to make a difference where help is most needed. Working both in the United States and abroad, JHH projects provide ground-level financial and hands-on support. In each community where we work, local residents determine what would be most helpful. JHH works by creating projects that make a tangible, substantial difference in the lives of people in need. These projects are accomplished with modest resources—both human and financial—that can be mustered realistically with a minimum of bureaucracy and red tape.

ity Green, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating the establishment of urban farms and gardens in northern New Jersey's cities to enrich the lives of inner city residents, while cultivating education in public health, nutrition and the environment. City Green offers practical, technical and financial support to community members of all ages to design, create and manage these urban green spaces. City Green promotes social justice and environmental equality through these greening efforts.
